Carrot/Apple Juice with Ginger

Nothing like drinking a little bit of the fall harvest. I used four different kinds of apples for this juice – one of every green-ish apple at Thistledown Farms before they closed for the winter.

I juiced the carrots and apples separately to set aside some just-apple juice before pouring the rest into one giant pitcher. Sweet with just enough natural spice.
